Coastal’s Summer VBS 2025!

Kids can pick up their camp shirt the two Sundays prior to camp.

June 8th & June 15th during our Sunday church services between the hours of 8:30 am – 1:oo pm at our Parkland Location inside of our kids’ ministry lobby.

We are asking kids to wear their VBS Shirt on Monday & Friday.

Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.

Thank you for understanding that we will not be able to administer any over-the-counter or prescription medications during Camp, except in the case of an Epi-Pen or inhaler because they are lifesaving medications. If your child has an Epi-Pen or rescue inhaler, place the item in a plastic zip lock bag with your child’s first and last name and grade written on it, and drop it off at Check-in on the first day of camp.

We want to support your family excellently at Camp and provide a safe experience. During Registration, you will be given the opportunity to indicate that your child has a food allergy. After completing your Registration, you will receive an email two weeks prior to Camp that contains instructions on how to send approved snacks for your child. In Coastal Kids, safety is our #1 priority. If your child needs to contact you at any point during the day, they are free to let their crew leader know to contact you. If you need to get in touch with your child or the Coastal Kids staff at any point during camp, please call 954-573-6932.

We want to ensure your child is picked up by a person who has authorization to pick them up. We will provide a parent pick-up card.

Without a parent pick-up card, we will request a photo ID to be sure the person picking your child up is authorized to do so. We will do this by cross-referencing the person’s name and information on their photo ID with the authorized pick-up information given during registration.

Entering Kindergarten – 5th Grade in School Year 2025-2026

Childcare will not be provided before or after Camp. Doors open at 9:00 am each morning, and the program will end each day by 12 pm. Please be prompt when picking up your child.

Snacks will be served daily. If your child has any type of food allergy, please note that on your registration & be sure to send them in with their own snacks.

We suggest having a strong breakfast prior to camp to get them through the day.

Youth Volunteers must be 6th -12th Graders *Limited spots available.

Adults 18+ will be sent a Background Check if you don’t already serve in our Kids Ministry.

All volunteers must be active participants at Coastal Community Church.

When you are registering your child, you are provided a space to include the name of the child who you’d like your child to be paired with. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

100% of your registration is refundable through May 16th. 50% of your registration is refundable from May 16th – June 8th. No refunds can be administered after the first day of VBS Camp. Refunds must be requested by emailing [email protected]
