With so much joy, we announce that Coastal Kids will be hosting VBS this Summer!
At VBS, kids will explore the incredible nature of God and discover that His love is bigger than the moon and the stars. Throughout the week, they’ll learn that no matter where they go, God is always with them.
It’s a week filled with engaging Bible-learning experiences that kids see, hear, and touch. Hands-on science experiments, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the exciting activities that help bring faith to life. Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Please be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.
Along the way, kids will also learn how to notice God at work in their everyday lives. Get ready to hear them share the many ways they see God’s love and presence all around them!

FAQ
When will my child receive their camp shirt?
Kids will pick up their camp shirt at check-in on day 1 of camp.

We are asking kids to wear their VBS Shirt on Monday & Friday.
What should my child wear?
Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.
Monday: VBS shirt
Tuesday: Cowboys in the Rainforest
Wednesday: Crazy Hair & Socks Day
Thursday: Color Wars
Friday: Water Day & Dress like your crew leader!
Will you be able to administer medication to my child during camp?
Thank you for understanding that we will not be able to administer any over-the-counter or prescription medications during Camp, except in the case of an Epi-Pen or inhaler because they are lifesaving medications. If your child has an Epi-Pen or rescue inhaler, place the item in a plastic zip lock bag with your child’s first and last name and grade written on it, and drop it off at Check-in on the first day of camp.
My child has a food allergy.
We want to support your family excellently at Camp and provide a safe experience. During Registration, you will be given the opportunity to indicate that your child has a food allergy. After completing your Registration, you will receive an email two weeks prior to Camp that contains instructions on how to send approved snacks for your child. Can my child bring electronics?
In Coastal Kids, safety is our #1 priority. If your child needs to contact you at any point during the day, they are free to let their crew leader know to contact you. If you need to get in touch with your child or the Coastal Kids staff at any point during camp, please call 954-573-6932.
How do I pick up my child?
Upon arrival at VBS Day 1, you will receive your child’s pick-up tag.
To help us keep every child safe, all parents or guardians must present their VBS Pick-Up Tag at dismissal each day.
You may bring the printed Pick-Up Tag or show a photo of it on your phone. If another trusted adult will be picking up your child, you may share that photo with them for pick-up. For your child’s safety, only adults with the Pick-Up Tag (printed or digital) will be allowed to pick up your child.

How old does my child need to be to attend?
Entering 1st – 6th Grade in School Year 2026-2027
Will childcare be provided before camp?
Childcare will not be provided before or after Camp. Doors open at 9:00 am each morning, and the program will end each day by 12 pm. Please be prompt when picking up your child.
Will lunch or snack be served?
Snacks will be served daily. If your child has any type of food allergy, please note that on your registration & be sure to send them in with their own snacks.
We suggest having a strong breakfast prior to camp to get them through the day.
Can my child volunteer?
Youth Volunteers must be 7th -12th Graders *Limited spots available.
Adults 18+ will be sent a Background Check if you don’t already serve in our Kids Ministry.
All volunteers must be active participants at Coastal Community Church.
Can my child be in the same group as their friend?
When you are registering your child, you are provided a space to include the name of the child who you’d like your child to be paired with. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% of your registration is refundable through May 1st.
50% of your registration is refundable through June 1st.
No refunds can be administered after June 1st.
