Every weekend, your children in first through fifth grade come to a Coastal Kids service where they experience dynamic worship and Biblical teaching. Together, they learn about the Bible and how to have a relationship with God, memorize Scripture, and have fun developing friendships with each other.
Special Needs
Special Space is a classroom designed to reach children with special needs. This is a space where children are empowered to discover all that God has to offer them. Special Space is offered at 8:30 am, 10 am and 11:30 am in Parkland & at 11 am in Lighthouse Point.
What to Expect on Your First Visit
When You Arrive
When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way to the children’s area. You’ll go to the first-time check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well.
Check-In
Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.

Child Dedication
This class is for parents who want to dedicate their children to God and make a commitment to raising them in faith. We’ll explore the meaning behind child dedication, the important role parents play, and how to create a home that’s centered on Christ. We encourage both parents and children to join us for this special class—it’s a wonderful opportunity for families to come together and reflect on how they can raise their children in line with God’s word and values.
Baptism Class for Kids
This class is for children who are ready to take the important step of baptism and share their faith in Jesus Christ. It’s an informative, fun, and interactive class that helps kids understand what baptism means and how it’s a special part of their journey with Christ. Parents are encouraged to attend as well, to support and guide their children through this exciting decision. This class is all about preparing your child for their big day!

Safety
All Coastal Kids volunteers pass a background check, and we have our own safety team to ensure your child’s safety. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and an on-screen paging system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the worship experience.
