Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is absolutely vital to driving the heart of our mission. The role plays a crucial part in managing communication, scheduling, and strategic initiatives to support reaching the church’s mission of connecting with the community. This full-time position requires a highly organized individual who can handle various administrative tasks, assist in content creation, and foster relationships within the church community.
Video Director
The Video Director will be responsible for high quality creative and live video production for Coastal Community Church this includes all services, special events and churchwide ministry, from acquisition and storage, to final delivery of content at onsite venues, remote locations, and online platforms. They will work closely with and collaborate with staff to convert vision, ideas, and goals, into compelling and engaging content. This position will coordinate, manage and train both staff and dream teams to become competent in video production roles. They will align with our philosophy of ministry and embrace the overall mission, vision and brand of Coastal Community Church.
Coastal Kid’s Director – West Boca Location
As the Kid’s Director, you want to help kids grow in their faith in a fun and meaningful way. It’s about creating a space where children can learn about God, feel loved, and build a strong foundation for their spiritual journey. A Kids Director is excited to share Bible stories, lead activities, and work with a team to guide children as they explore their beliefs. The role is about making church a joyful and safe place for kids to learn and grow in their faith.
Worship Director – West Boca Location
A Worship Director’s passion should be deeply rooted in a love for God and a desire to lead others into meaningful worship experiences. This passion is reflected in their dedication to creating an atmosphere where the congregation can connect with God through music and worship. They should be driven by a heart for people, fostering a spirit of unity and engagement, and consistently seeking to grow in their spiritual journey. The Worship Director’s enthusiasm should inspire and encourage the team and church community to worship authentically, joyfully, and reverently.
Custodian
We believe in creating distraction free environments for people to encounter God. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our facilities. We are looking for a passionate custodian who shares our commitment to excellence and cleanliness.
Landscape Maintenance
At Coastal, we believe in creating distraction free environments for people to encounter God; this includes their experience from the time they drive by our properties to the time they enter our doors. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our properties. We are looking for a passionate landscaper who shares our commitment to excellence and property maintenance.
